Refund and Return Policy

BlogExpert strives to provide high-quality educational services and create a comfortable learning environment for every student. This Refund and Return Policy explains under what circumstances a refund is possible and describes the procedure for submitting a request.

1. Refund Conditions
1.1 Refund Before Course Start: You can request a full refund for the course if the training has not yet begun. The refund request must be submitted no later than 14 days before the course start date specified upon registration.

1.2 Refund During Training: If the course has already started, a refund is possible only in exceptional cases, such as force majeure circumstances (e.g., illness or unforeseen family circumstances), with supporting documents. If approved, the refund will be proportional to the remaining lessons.

1.3 No Refund for Completed Courses: If the course is fully completed, no refund is provided, as the service is considered fully rendered. Refunds are also not possible for individual completed modules or lessons.

1.4 Refund for Individual Sessions and Consultations: A refund for individual sessions is only possible if cancelled before the session begins. If the consultation or session has already taken place, funds for them are not refundable.

2. Procedure for Submitting a Refund Request

The name of the course,
The reason for the refund request,
If necessary - documents confirming force majeure circumstances.
Request Review Period: All refund requests are reviewed within 10 business days from the date of receiving all necessary information. We may request additional documents or clarifications if necessary to make a decision.

Refund Process: If your refund request is approved, the funds will be returned to the bank account or card from which the payment was made. The time it takes for the funds to appear in your account depends on your bank's terms and may take from 3 to 10 business days.

3. Administrative Fees and Charges
BlogExpert reserves the right to withhold administrative fees or bank charges if required for processing the refund. These expenses may be deducted from the total refund amount and will be indicated in the final decision email regarding the refund.

4. Other Terms
4.1 Course Change or Date Transfer: If you wish to change the course or transfer your application to another course, please contact us before the start of the training. We will try to accommodate your wishes and offer a suitable option.

4.2 Denial of Refund: BlogExpert reserves the right to refuse a refund if:

The refund request is submitted after the course has started, and circumstances do not allow for an exception.
The user has violated the site usage rules or the Terms of Service.
The refund request contradicts the terms outlined in this Policy.
4.3 Restriction of Access to Materials: After a refund is processed, access to the course, materials, and assignments will be terminated. The User undertakes not to use or distribute materials received before the refund request.

5. Exceptions to the Refund Policy
Refunds are not possible for:

Gift cards and discount offers: funds for purchased gift cards or discount offers are not refundable.
Missed lessons: if you have missed lessons for which materials were provided, a refund for these lessons is not possible. We provide the option to rewatch materials if they are included in the course terms.
